1. Purpose

These terms (document version shown at the top) govern access to the R3ZO SaaS platform.

2. User account

Users are responsible for keeping credentials confidential.

3. Plans and billing

Quotas (sites, objects, export, API connections) depend on the subscribed plan. Payment via Stripe where applicable.

4. Data ownership

Customers retain ownership of map data entered or imported into R3ZO.

5. Availability

Service provided as-is; scheduled maintenance may occur.

6. Governing law

French law. Courts of the publisher’s registered office.

7. Third-party data & external APIs

When a customer connects a third-party API, displayed responses come from that provider and remain their responsibility. R3ZO labels the data source; the customer must comply with the third party’s terms.
